10 days out

Look at my boy! He's looking so much better! He's acting totally normal again too. Do you see that faint purple line above his upper lip? (click on the picture to enlarge.) That's his top incision. It's so tiny. Then his other incision is underneath his lip. Not much else to say right now. Our lives have totally gone back to normal. Now, we're just waiting to see how much smaller his lip will be compared to before. I don't know how long that will take though.

He looks so good! I have to admit, I wondered if it would really go down, but it's amazing the healing that has taken place. Glad he's doing so well.

Poor Caleb. Surgury I guess is no small thing, even when it's a small thing. He'll have some good battle wound pictures to show off to his friends when he's older. I'm excited to do your hair next month. Are you wanting to keep growing the length? I always like to brainstorm a bit.

He looks great! Way-to-go Caluv! Sorry, I can't help calling him that now. Jackson talks about his surgery every day. Only Jackson thinks "surgery" is a noun. "Caluv has a surgery on his lip."

I'm happy to see the healing and also the sparkle back in Caleb's beautiful big, brown eyes.

He looks awesome! Linds, I am so, so, so sorry that we didn't get together while we were out there. the time seriously went so quickly and I really did want to see you. The only noncrazy week we were there was while you were busy with Caleb's surgery. so I really did want to together--but we blinked and we were back home.
